The purpose of this procedure is to provide a listing of the approved University pay plan for classified titles, as required by System Policy 2.05. Departments are required to adhere to this plan when filling new or vacant positions and when awarding pay increases to existing employees.
2. Pay Plan
The current University approved Classified Pay Plan is provided at Attachment 1.
3. Maintenance of Pay Plan
The Classified Pay Plan is maintained by the Director of Human Resources. Salary ranges are determined at the time the title code is established. Salary ranges are modified when a the results of a salary study indicates that an adjustment is required to remain competitive with the market.
