ARTICLE V – BY-LAWS

Changes to

A. Changes in the CAB by-laws must be approved by a 2/3 majority of voting                 membership of the Executive Board providing the change has been submitted in         writing at the previous regular meeting and does not conflict with any item in the     CAB’s Constitution.

        B.  Contents of

1.  The contents of the By-Laws shall include, but are not limited to

a.    A list of all standing committees and their purpose.

ARTICLE VI – RATIFICATION OF THE CONSTITUTION

        A.  Effective Date

1.  This constitution shall take effect April 1, 2005 with approval of the voting                  membership of the Organizing Committee, the Advisor, and the Director of              Student Activities and Leadership.
