The purpose of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction is to provide regional, national, and international leadership in the study and improvement of teaching and learning in diverse educational settings.

Our teacher education program focuses on Educators as Facilitators of Learning for Diverse Populations
(E-FOLD-P).

Requirements:

• Seek a Special Education Teaching Certification OR enroll in a special education course
• 2.75 GPA
• Submission of an essay of 75-100 words
• Evidence of financial need

Friday, November 6, 2010 - Deadline for Spring 2010 Graduation Application

Tuesday, November 17, 2009 -Early registration for spring 2010 begins

Friday, November 20, 2009 - Admission to Teacher Education Packets due for spring 2010

Friday, December 11, 2009 - Final exam period begins

Saturday, December 19, 2009 - Commencement
