The Educational Administration Program is designed to prepare educators for leadership positions in learner-centered schools. The program vigorously addresses two areas of concern: (1) the critical shortage of effective educational leaders in the field and (2) the constant increase in the number of students in public schools. By providing opportunities for teachers and other school personnel to advance to leadership positions, the program focuses on bringing renewed vigor and vision to a changing school environment that is learner-centered.
The Counseling Program is intended for persons who wish to engage in counseling in school and non-school settings. The program also provides a foundation for advanced study in the helping professions.
