Welcome NCATE Board of Examiners

Candidates, faculty, staff, and administrators in the professional education unit at Prairie View A&M University extend a warm welcome to the Board of Examiners from the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). We are also pleased to welcome you and other visitors across the country to this accreditation web site.

The undergirding principle for our College is E-Fold-P—Educators as Facilitators of Learning for Diverse Populations. This conceptual framework embraces four areas: Reflective and continual Learning, Growth and Development, Diversity and Global Awareness, and Problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making.
