a) PVAMU Athletics will create and manage agency-level account(s). PVAMU Athletics will also create division-level accounts and will allow divisions to manage the content of those accounts b) Divisions may request creation of information and/or customer service accounts if resources are available to maintain and monitor c) Content Approval: i) Agency-level accounts: The Sports Information Office will approve information account posts ii) Division and program accounts: PVAMU Athletics will monitor the content and activity of these accounts for information accuracy, currency and branding consistency iii) Replies, comments and direct messages will be reviewed and responded to by appropriate customer service or division representative |
