Dr. Emery R. Owens Endowment Scholar Biology
  • Undergraduates
  • Biology majors
  • Need based
Dr. George E. Brown Scholarship Biology
  • Biology or Chemisty majors
  • 3.0 GPA
  • SAT minimum 900 / ACT minimum 19
  • Must hold an executive or governmental position in PVAMU Campus Organization.
Twana Edwards Endowment Fund Biology
  • Undergraduates
  • Biology majors
  • 3.0 GPA
  • Must write a 200-250 word essay entitled: "Why I Feel I Deserve to be Awarded This Scholarship?"
Lone Star Steel Biology Biology
  • Full-time Undergraduates
  • Biology majors
  • 3.0 semester/major GPA
Vivian L. Jefferson Memorial Scholarship Biology
  • Full-time Juniors or Seniors
  • Biology majors

  • Mathematics majors (must complete advance study in a field of Mathematics at PVAMU)
  • 3.4 cumulative GPA (Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors)
  • Entering Freshmen must present SAT or ACT scored above the University's minimum requirement, and a High School transcript showing a Mathematics GPA of 3.0 or better

Marching Band Scholarship Fund Music & Drama
  • 2.5 semester/cumulative GPA
  • Must audition on band instruments
332 Fighter Group Endowment ROTC
  • 2.5 GPA
  • Completion of 3 semesters
  • Admitted to the Advanced ROTC Program
  • Must exhibit good character and leadership traits
Marianna P. Pollard Scholarship Social Work, Behav. & Political Sciences
