- Full-time Undergraduate or Graduate students
- College of Juvenile Justice and Psychology majors
- Need based
- Undergraduate students: must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Graduate students: must have a Undergraduate 3.5 cumulative GPA, if there is no history of Graduate work
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the academic programs and professions of criminal justice, juvenile justice and law.
