General Program Requirements

• United States Citizen

• 17 years of age by September 1st of the year commencing college.

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Physically qualified in accordance  with Navy standards.

• Have no moral obligations or personal convictions that will prevent conscientious bearing of arms to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic.
