Call for Presentations

Risk Professionals Symposium 2025:  Hosted by Prairie View A&M University

We invite risk management professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders to submit presentation proposals for the upcoming Risk Professionals Symposium. This event provides a platform to share innovative ideas, best practices, and emerging trends in risk management.

Submission Guidelines

Presentations should focus on key areas of risk management, including but not limited to:

  • Enterprise Risk Management
  • Cybersecurity and Data Protection
  • Business Continuity and Crisis Management
  • Emerging Risks and Future Trends
  • Regulatory Compliance and Legal Considerations
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies
  • Insurance and Financial Risk Management
  • Leadership and Organizational Resilience

Who Should Apply?

We welcome submissions from:

  • Risk management professionals
  • Industry practitioners and consultants
  • Academics and researchers
  • Government and regulatory representatives
  • Business leaders with risk management expertise
  • Civil rights compliance and employee relations professionals

Proposal Requirements

Each proposal should include:

  • Presentation Title
  • Presenter(s) Name(s) and Contact Information
  • Organization/Affiliation/University
  • Brief Bio (250 words max)
  • Presentation Abstract (300-500 words)
  • Key Takeaways Learning Objectives for Attendees
  • Preferred Presentation Format (Lecture, Panel Discussion, Workshop, Case Study, etc.)

Submission Deadline

All proposals must be submitted by March 28, 2025 Late submissions may not be considered.

Selection Process

Submissions will be reviewed and scheduled by the Programs Committee based on relevance, originality, and value to attendees. Selected presenters will be notified of their acceptance by April 2, 2025.
