Campus Life

Prairie View A&M students are able to serve in the Student Government Association, participate in intramural sports, volunteer in the local community and participate in more than 90 student organizations related to their academic major or other interests.

At PVAMU, we know that an education is balanced between what takes place inside and outside of the classroom.

The University also holds annual student convocations and often brings renowned speakers, scholars and celebrities to campus. Students are also encouraged to participate in international and cultural trips and explore internships and other opportunities.
