By filling out this form, you will be requesting the PLA coordinator to review your scores so that a letter can be generated to admissions so that they can be placed in the system. Please refer to the PLA table and verify that your credit request does not exceed 30 semester hours. Be aware that once you click submit all PLA credit requests are final and you will be no longer able to change them.
