Important Information

• Instructors must submit their PVAMU Test Proctoring Form 72 hours BEFORE the first scheduled exam date.
• Instructors are responsible for informing their testers that the test has been sent to PVAMU Testing Services, as well as, the exam window for the test, the items permitted for testing (e.g., formula sheets, calculator, etc.), and share the link on how testers can schedule a test appointment with PVAMU Testing Services. Walk-Ins are not allowed for testing.
• PVAMU Testing Services will provide scratch paper and pencils.
• Testers may schedule an appointment for a test date until 8 AM the day before the test. Once the registration for a test date is closed, testers must select a different date within their exam window.
• If a tester needs to reschedule outside the exam window, they must contact their instructor. The instructor will then need to submit a NEW Test Proctoring Form to PVAMU Testing Services at least 72 hours before the new exam date, and the tester must make a new test appointment within the revised exam window.
• All testers who register for and take exams with PVAMU Testing Services will adhere to the PVAMU Testing Services - Exam Integrity Policy. Any violations of Exam Integrity will be reported to the instructor. If a tester is ban from utilizing PVAMU Testing Services as a test site, the instructor will be notified and must assist the tester with alternative arrangements.
