Proctoring Services – Make An Appointment Form

Important Reminders for Proctored Exams

• Testers must contact their instructor to confirm the test's exam window, as well as the items they are allowed to bring for the exam.
• The Office of Testing Services will provide pencils and scratch paper. Testers are responsible for bringing any other permitted items as instructed by their instructor.
• Test dates will close at 8 AM the day before. NOTE: If a test date falls on a Monday, the closing time will be the preceding Friday.
• If you are unable to take your test during its exam window, you must contact your instructor. The instructor must then submit a new PVAMU Test Proctoring Form to PVAMU Testing Services at least 72 hours before the first exam date of the new exam window, and you will need to schedule a new test appointment.
• By registering and taking your exam with PVAMU Testing Services, you agree to follow all rules and regulations outlined in the PVAMU Testing Services – Exam Integrity Policy. If a tester violates this policy, their instructor will be informed. Should you be banned from using PVAMU Testing Services as a test site due to a test violation, your instructor will be notified and will assist you with making alternative arrangements.
• Any exams fees associated with your testing must be paid before you can receive a confirmation email for your test date, and all test fees are non-refundable.
